Infertility means inability to get pregnant. A man and a woman involve in an intercourse conception to get pregnant. Here the fertilized eggs will be placed to the cervix. The then travels towards the fallopian tube and reaches the uterus. A fresh washed sperm will be combined to the egg to get fertile. They place the fertile egg through a needless injection to the uterus. Whereas in IVF treatment the eggs and sperm are place in a clinical tube to get fertile and then the fertilized egg is directly placed inside the uterus.IVF is costly compared to AI? GIFT and ZIFT are the other surgeries made for infertility. This is nothing but transferring the ovum to the fallopian tube through this process.
