Tips for getting
Pregnant
Getting pregnant is the social, ethical and
ultimate objective of a marriage. There are some very practical
tips of getting pregnant, however it must first be realized
that pregnancy is a natural phenomenon and should occur in a
natural way. The event, right from conception to birth is a
source of happiness, and women, even in the tribal societies
are extended an extraordinarily respectful protocol during
pregnancy.

Tips for
getting pregnant
- Revise
the ‘Law of attraction’, and apply it as the first and
foremost thing.
- Don’t
be overambitious, rather let your partner be more ambitious
than you, be patient, and inculcate in him the desire for
baby.
- Let
your bed time be happy time and not office time. Don’t try
to get pregnant as trying to do a duty. It is an enjoyable
act, just enjoy and make it a pleasure for your
partner.
- Physical preparedness ,prior to getting
pregnant is important and for that:
1.) Quit all birth
control and relevant preventive measures.
2.) Quit smoking,
drinking, coffee and preferably caffeinated soft drinks
too. Their continued excessive use may cause serious
problems, like brain deformity and even still birth in
extreme cases.
3.) Avoid excessive use
of sterilants, perfumes, sanitizers etc, particularly in
the vicinity of genitalia. They tend to hinder
conception.
4.) Try to reduce, if
you are overweight. Slim is more conducive to getting
pregnant easily, but that, by no means excludes the
others.
5.) Consume nutritious,
vitamins enriched foods. Folic acid is a must to prevent
any brain or spinal chord deformity.
- Select
right time; as it is very important to try get pregnant
when the ovulation makes it most opportune for the sperms
to fertilize. The egg (ovum) takes fourteen days after
starting day of period to be released and survives for not
more than seventy two hours, while the sperms can survive
even for a shorter time. The best time to try getting
pregnant is therefore from day thirteen to fifteen. You may
consult some reliable ovulation calculator, for this
purpose.
- Erotica and foreplay; prompt to go into
action.
- Right posture: Next only to the
right time, right posture is the most important factor. To
apply, keep a pillow under your hips, lift your legs
upwards and draw your knees as near your face as you can
comfortably. Let your partner penetrate and add to the
effort by clamping his buttocks and pulling inwards with
both hands, as much as you can particularly when he is
coming on. Let him exit and stay calm and unstirred, as
such or sideways for at least fifteen
minutes.
- Have
sweet dreams and sound sleep.
- Avoid
repetition, the same night, as it is counterproductive.
Applied correctly, most probably you will not need it but
should you fall in such a need, repeat only in the next
right time.
- Prior to second attempt, add a
little more of Vitamin E in your
diet.
